Dresses are the actual best because you put on a dress and it’s like BAM OUTFIT you don’t have any of the painful indecision of picking out which skirt goes with which blouse/shirt goes with which shorts/jeans/slacks/etc.  Dresses make it easy.  Dresses understand.
